The Gold Coast Symphony Orchestra is an established professional orchestra with headquarters in Queensland's Gold Coast. Auditions are being held for suitably trained and accomplished musicians for its forthcoming concert series in 2009 and 2010

Instruments/Positions:

Tutti: Violin, Cello, Double Bass

Audition requirements:

• two contrast solo pieces ( baroque, classical or romantic periods) - free choice
• one modern or contemporary piece - free choice
• sight-reading
• an interview

Approximate audition time: 20-30min
